The tradition of pasta has always existed in Diego Luciani's family, handed down from grandmothers, than with the rolling pin and the wooden board, they never missed an opportunity to make delicious pastas such as tagliatelle, the macaroni, the pappardelle.

From an early age, Luciano was fascinated by this art, and for this reason he wanted to spread the tradition of pasta from the Marche hinterland in Italy. The pasta factory "Pasta di Celiano" is immersed in the green countryside of San Ginesio, always a place of ancient traditions and great hospitality. More specifically, rises in Celiano, ancient village in the hamlet of Vallimestre, at the foot of the Sibillini Mountains National Park.

King Norcino has been producing typical cured meats from the Marche since 1957. The Lai agricultural zootechnical company is an entirely family-run business, since 1982.

Laura raises dairy sheep and beef cattle using the organic farming method. Here the animals are free to graze, during the summer the garments are taken in transhumance to the Sibillini Mountains, as it once was.

The method of processing the products is also traditional: the company processes raw milk only from its livestock, within two hours of milking, to maintain all the organoleptic and nutritional capacities. The products are without preservatives to have genuine products, in order to preserve the flavors of the past.
