The Municipality of San Ginesio adopts contributions, incentives and tax and tax concessions for the three-year period 2020 – 2022.
"The Municipal Administration - recalls the Mayor Giuliano Ciabocco – maintains faith in its programmatic guidelines to provide services that meet the actual needs of the Ginesina community, that bring well-being and create value, also with measures in support of the covid-19 emergency, and who saw the valuable contribution of the minority group and the involvement of the entire council assembly ".
Measures to support the development and recovery of the economic and social fabric, through economic incentives in favor of the establishment of new residents and new commercial activities, in contrast to the constant demographic decline, only partly due to the consequences of the earthquake and the health emergency.
The Mayor of San Ginesio, assisted by his Deputy Daris Belliwith responsibility for budgeting and planning, with every resource they promote the development and recovery of the economic and social fabric, and the welcome that the Borgo can offer to those who decide to make it their center of reference, favoring the establishment of new residents and new commercial activities within it.
“In support of taxpayers and resident families – the Head of the Financial Area intervenes Giulio Del Bello - the annual bonus in favor of newborns up to 500 euro, the total exemption of the TARI for new residents and the additional personal income tax for income up to 8.500 euro. To this are added, for new business activities that will be established in the Municipality, exemption from the payment of TARI taxes, TOSAP and on advertising of the 100% in the first year, of 75% in the second year and of 50% in the third year. And finally for all existing business activities in the area, the total exemption from payment of rents for municipal property during periods of closure due to the Covid-19 emergency, the reduction of the TARI for the periods of closure of the activity and the exemption from the payment of the TOSAP for the periods in which the activities have been forced to use the spaces in front of the premises in order to comply with the social distancing measures and for the holders of concessions or authorizations for the exercise of trade on existing public areas.
Interventions that are added, in the year alone 2020, to the economic support of approx 20.000 euro guaranteed to families and to the precious and professional territorial associations in the organization of Summer Centers, investments made in maintenance and planning in high school and compulsory for about 80.000 euro in the enhancement of the vehicle and transport service, including fourth driver and school bus, for about 45.000 euro, in road maintenance services for approx 172.000 euro, of public parks, gardens and cemetery areas for approx 135.000 euro”.
