Friday 21 August, allore 17, will be inaugurated in San Ginesio laexhibition of artistic violin making "Instruments from the World".
The event, set up inOratorio dei Lumiand edited byGinesino architect Matteo Sampaolesi, presents rare and precious instruments of artistic violin making by ANLAI (National Association of Italian Artistic Lutherie of Cremona) and the preciousancient and modern collection of the instruments of the civic museum of San Ginesio.
It will be inaugurated fromMayor Giuliano Ciabocco with the presence ofpresident ANLAI cav. Gualtiero Nicolini. The exhibition was set up to solemnly celebratethe feast of San Ginesio (25 August), mime-musician, patron of luthiers, of musicians and actors and also to celebrate theXXV edition of the violin and piano concert that the Municipal Administration organizes every year in honor of the Patron Saint e, with the opportunity, to say thank you to all those who work for the good of the Ginesina community.
Friday 21 August, in addition to the inauguration, all 17 In thecloister of S.Agostino, will be held one conference by the lawyer and luthier Cesare Gualazzini by title:"The construction of the guitar" and presentation of the volume on construction technique Ed Erom and, following, musical interlude with cello and sound plate played byPaolo Maggi and the master Sergio Palmiro Maggi.
Sunday 23 August, all 17,30, in the cloister of S.Agostino, Concerto for violin and piano with theviolinist Ares Midiri and pianist Cesarina Compagnoni, in honor of San Ginesio mime-musician, in collaboration with the Corale Bonagiunta and the Antiqua Marca Firmana Cultural Center.
The last appointment will be theconference on monday 24 August hours 17,30 in the cloister of S.Agostino held bymaster Francesco Taranto,classical guitar teacher and concert performer. The conference, entitled "The evolution of the guitar", will present musical interventions on original instruments.
The exhibition, which will also be a moment of educational promotion and study for the pupils of the Ginesini schools, will close Sunday 11 October 2020.
