Everything is ready for the seventh edition of the Mime and Gestural Theater Festival to be heldfrom 8 to 9 August, between 17.30 and the 24.00, in the historic center of San Ginesio.
This year the rich programming sees the participation of Clown, Fantasists, Puppeteers and Mimes of international fame. Different techniques that speak directly to the heart with the language of gestures.
The presence is very welcome dand Davide Rausa, artist who gives life to incredible characters thanks to his feet. And then Otto the Dachshund, capable of creating an entire world with a simple balloon. El Bechin and his tender puppets. And DoisBerto: what will he take out of a camping tent?
For the evening show will be hostedChapeau Clown, character of great delicacy and surprise guest in an off-topic foray: the psychomagician. You will be willing to be read to the depths of your soul?
Performance locations, pictorial and photographic exhibitions, the craft market – strictly artistic – they are all outdoors and access is free. Reservations are not required but access to the shows is limited based on available space.
Therefore it is important to plan the shows of interest carefully and arrive at the location in advance. To ensure good vision for all, the shows will be repeated two to three times both in the afternoon and in the evening. It is possible to consult the online program on the Facebook page of the Festival of mime and gestural theater and the paper program in all the artists' workstations.
The artistic direction is curated by Vera Vaiano, despite, clown, theater trainer. The organization is by the Proloco of San Ginesio.
The event is realized thanks to the contribution of the merchants of the historic center and the districts, of local entrepreneurs and’ Municipal administration of San Ginesio.
