On the occasion, the President of ERAP Marche, Massimiliano Sport Bianchini came to San Ginesio to meet the Mayor Giuliano Ciabocco.
"It is an important day – declared the Mayor – because thanks to ERAP Marche and to President Bianchini, not only today 10 Gynesian families will finally have stable accommodation waiting to be able to see their homes rebuilti but a beautiful accommodation in the historic center will have life again, moving the streets of the village where many houses are still uninhabitable.
President Bianchini reiterated the intense activity carried out by the body in the last two years, focused on post-earthquake reconstruction and with the construction of urbanization works of the SAEs in many areas of the province of Macerata, and with the purchase of unsold housing - as happened in San Ginesio – to be allocated to displaced families. "The unsold operation - says Bianchini - involved ERAP with a financial investment of approximately 21 millions of euros spread on 18 municipalities with the purchase of houses to be allocated to families included in special rankings. With the beneficiaries of the accommodation, ERAP has arranged for the stipulation of free loan agreements, valid until returning to their homes. The acquired housing, once the need for temporary accommodation of displaced persons is over, will become social housing ".
